Application always in Front and preferences problem

    Just installed the software 2 hours ago and found already two problems :P

    Installed latest version on OS X 10.6.4

    Alors,

    1.) The application is always in front although the toggle is disabled in the preferences.

    2.) Select "change theme" does not work with the right click. In addition you cannot open the preference window again after you have tried to select "change theme". You have to restart the program to open preferences again!

    Hi, have you tried deleting the preferences as described here:
