Hi Adriano,
You can retreive a lost license by going to http://store.machinecodex.com/store/lost_license/
and entering the email address you use with PayPal.

i am a pre-app store user of dateline, i want to update to the latest version of dateline, and when i check for updates it tells me i have the latest, but it is only 1.0.0 while the website shows 1..20
Hi David,
The website curently shows 1.1 and a link to the Mac App Store where new customers can buy that version.
DateLine 1.0 is the pre-app store version.
These two versions are identical, except that the app store version contains the app store licensing code, as required by Apple, and no Sparkle auto-updater framework, as required by Apple.
I hope this clears the situation up for you.
Hi Alba,
We are moving to App Store only licensing, so yes, for future updates, you will need to repurchase DateLine from the App Store.
There is discussion of this change in these forum posts.
Please note that I am offering a rebate via PayPal to help people transition to the new versions.

Alba,
Just to clarify, you can continue using 1.2.0 indefinitely. If it is asking you to register, you can re-enter your license details by going to the DateLine menu and choosing Register... and it will continue working.
There will be some updates via Sparkle for 1.2.0 but not as frequently as for the App Store version, as we are phasing out the indie version starting with 1.2.0.
We are encouraging all users to upgrade to the App Store version when they are ready, and offering a rebate to make it easier for them to do so.
Cheers
Alex
